The UK Women's Disc Golf Association (UKWDGA)
Established in 2021 to build upon the successes of the first ever UK Women’s National Disc Golf Bag Tag League, a play anywhere any time League, and the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) Women’s Global Events, held in England and Scotland.
The three Founder Members Zoë Winfield, Carole Findlay and Rachel Turton, came together and created the UKWDGA, which is working towards providing a platform for the sustainable growth of disc golf for all women in UK Nations.
The UK Women’s Disc Golf Association (UKWDGA) has been formed with the idea of establishing a strong women’s disc golf community, and the desire to make a difference on how disc golf evolves in the UK, with women’s needs in mind. Run by women for women, the membership is only open to women.
While membership is only open to women, men are welcome to support us by attending activities, events and campaigns both locally and nationally.
The UKWDGA Constitution below outlines our Aims and Objectives, Membership, and how the Association will be managed.
We hope you will join us on this exciting journey and be a part of the future of women’s disc golf in the UK.
